Alex Stangle brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, with a background spanning multifamily underwriting, financing strategy, credit evaluation, loan structuring, portfolio retention, and transaction execution.
Prior to founding AD19 Capital, Alex served as a Managing Director at Arbor Realty Trust. His work included multifamily loan screening, coordinating underwriting and credit reviews, portfolio retention, refinancings, assumptions, ownership transfers, and complex transaction structuring.
Through AD19 Capital, Alex focuses on identifying real estate opportunities, working alongside experienced local operators, and building capital relationships grounded in transparent communication, disciplined underwriting, and aligned incentives.
