Prior to founding AD19 Capital, Alex was a Managing Director at a publicly traded commercial real estate finance platform, where his work spanned multifamily loan screening, portfolio retention, underwriting, originations, and complex transaction structuring.

Earlier experience included roles across banking, real estate acquisitions, and advisory work with institutional real estate firms.
